Dehydration line

Our advanced and integrated automatic dehydration line ensures the delivery of clean, healthy and rich of nutritional values products without the involvement of any manual assistance, this dehydration process is composed of four main phases; the preparation phase (Sorting & selection, root cutting, peeling, and washing), drying phase, testing & inspection phase and, packaging phase, as emphasized below:

The preparation phase:

1) Receiving the crops (onion, garlic & leek) and examining them pathogenically to verify the set standards for our final product.

2) Placing the crops on the automatic placing machine that leads to all upcoming steps.

3) Removing the undesired parts from the material through onion root cutting/ garlic splitting machines & grass cutter machine for herbs & grass materials.

4) Peeling the material automatically using onion peeling/ garlic peeling machines.

5) Washing the material using the bubble washing machine that rolls over the material under the fresh tap water to remove the suspended starch and impurities from its surface.

6)Conveying the washed material to the air-dryer machine, which mainly removes the moisture from its surface using cooling fans to reduce the time taken inside the mesh belt drying machine.

7) Slicing the material with the desired thickness using the slicing machine.

Dehydration phase:

8) Conveying the material to the drying box that fully dehydrates it using a series of huge rotating mesh belts under the heat.

Inspection phase:

9) Making sure that the moisture level of the out coming material from the dryer box is not exceeding 7 %, otherwise the material will pass on extra dehydration machines using heat also.

10) Inspecting the final product using a set of advanced equipment initiating with the color sorter machine.

11) Grinding the dehydrated product using the grinder if a powder form is desired.

12) Inspecting the final product whether the grinded form or not using both machines conveyor belt metal detector & gravity fall detector.

13) Examining the final product on our laboratories to make sure it is microbial free and within the accepted rates.

Packaging phase:

10) Packaging the final product using our packaging line based on the desired specifications by our customers.

1) Receiving the crops (onion, garlic & leek) and examining them pathogenically to verify the set standards for our final product.

2) Placing the crops on the automatic placing machine that leads to all upcoming steps.

10) Packaging the final product using our packaging line based on the desired specifications by our customers.

1) Receiving, sorting and testing the crops (onion, garlic & leek) in the laboratories to choose the best amongst them.

2) Placing the material on the automatic placing machine that carries it to the next preparation phases.

3) Removing the undesired parts from the material using different machines & equipment according to the sort of the crop such as onion root cutting/ garlic splitting or grass cutter machine for herbs & grass materials.

4) Peeling the material automatically using onion peeling/ garlic peeling machines.

5) Washing the material using the bubble washing machine that rolls over the material under the fresh tap water to remove the suspended starch and impurities from its surface.

6) Conveying the washed material to the air-dryer machine, which mainly removes the moisture from the surface using cooling fans in order to prepare the material.

7) Slicing the material with the desired thickness using the slicing machines.
8) Conveying the material to the drying box that fully dehydrates it using a series of huge rotating mesh belts under the controlled heat degrees without the exposure of the products to the direct flame.
9) Examining the moisture level of the out coming product from the dryer to make sure it is abiding to the set standards and requirements, otherwise the product will be pass on extra dehydration machines using heat too.

10) Inspecting the final product using a set of advanced equipment initiating with the color sorter machine.

11) Categorizing the dehydrated final product based on its size, color & final shape.

12) Grinding the dehydrated product using the grinder to produce a powder form according to the required degree of grinding.

13) Passing the pre-packaged final product on the gravity fall detector machine to detect any metals inside.

14) Examining the final product on our laboratories to make sure it is microbial free and within the accepted rates.
15) Packaging the product to be in its final form through our automated packaging line using accredited packaging materials that are in accordance with the required specifications.

16) Passing the final packages on the “Conveyor belt metal detection” in order to make sure that all of them are free of any metals.
